Our Boise home is perfect for Kodi and I. The yard is large enough for Kodi to plant and tend her beautiful flower beds and pots and large enough for our dog companions to play. |

2020 We had the rain gutters and windows replace at the house. I repainted the fascia to match the new rain gutters and covered the white three post on the front porch with 3/4" X 5 1/2" premium textured trim boards and painted them to match the rain gutters and fascia paint. |

2012 After two car hit-and-run accidents to our back yard fence, we replace all the perimeter fencing with medal posts and premium slats. |

2009 Perry and Kodi started a remodeling project in the summer after Perry retired from Idaho Power Company on May 31, 2009. It was a complete remodel of every room to include removing a wall in the kitchen and laundry room. We tiled the entry and master bath room, replaced all the carpet, put laminate flooring in the dining and kitchen, and changed the downstairs bath floor to pickle wood. I gutted the kitchen and rebuild all the cabinetry. New appliances through out. All the space was livable during the eleven month remodel. |

2003 The painting of the house inside and out was finished in July of 2003. Perry replaced most of the cedar molding trim with MDF fiberboard. |

2003 Kodi enjoys gardening. Her flower beds and planting pots are her summer passion. |
