The project is now complete and the closing of the construction loan is finished. All of the inspections, plumbing, propane lines, electrical, HVAC, and building were complete. Carpet, tile, bath and kitchen fixtures are installed, and we closed on the cabin July 1, 2006. There is still work to do in finishing the molding, custom cabinets for the master bedroom and hallway, but we are moved in and enjoying the summer views. |
